SAP B1 is used extensively across the organization so all functions including accounting, logistics, sales, purchasing, etc

  • Single pane of glass to entire business
  • Highly flexible and customizable
  • Strong API for integration with other systems

Cons

  • CRM needs improvement
  • Web based portals are lacking
  • Built in reporting could be better
  • Excellent ROI in our business and much better control and visibility
