Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use SuccessFactors in many ways. We use Employee Central as our HRIS system. Recruiting and Onboarding to find, hire, and onboard new employees. We use Compensation to help us keep track of pay requirements. And finally we use learning, to keep all employees current on new technology and compliance training.
- SuccessFactors maodules work well with each other. (integration)
- SuccessFactors is easy to use. It is not difficult to train users on how to use the system. (Ease of Use)
- The Preferred Succes support of SuccessFactors is well worth the price. It is nice to have someone as a SPOC between our company and SAP. (Support)
- SuccessFactors self service support needs an enhancement. It can be difficult finding a answer to a question. The search needs improvement. I have started using Google for the answers I need.
- Onboarding 2.0 should be more robust. Need to be able to use the dashboard that will allow us to assign specific users to new hires.
- LMS can be difficult as the LMS user ID does not match global ID. Causes confusion.
- HR Productivity- Letting managers enter HR transaction. This saves the HR team time by not having to email for clarity of the transaction to be entered.
- Data Integrity- The data needs to remian updated which wasn't being done prior to Success Factors Employee Central.
- Global Confomity- SuccessFactors has allowed us to go global and remian consistent. Prior to SF every company had a different process. Now all countries conform to 1 process.
The global compliance standards and localization has allowed us to keep process very consistient in processes. We have branches all over the world with different compliances. This allows us to have a base process and only minor tweaks to individual company processes. By having some of the solutions all ready added to SF it makes things much easier to implement.
I think SF stacks up well with the other products I have used in the past. SF provides the complete solution for HRIS instead of using multiple products that do not integrate as well as SF. The downside is the other products can be more specialized and have additional features not found in SF yet.
