Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

A robust cloud product which aligns with all aspects of a life cycle of an Employee in an organization. Payroll is one of high visible process and the EC Payroll product is one of the best available around.
With multi country templates for Payroll and the ability to align the Global workforce with country specific legislative requirements is the highlight of this product.

  • Require improvement in UI
  • More information and support needed on the Local level taxes specially in US
  • More intuitive Product information specific to implementation and support
  • New and Improved compliance
  • Improved EE experience
  • Transparency of processes
There is a standard integration if the processes are standard and deviation would lead to customization which will not justify the development cost.

Well suited for large organizations with varied HR needs. It's not suitable for those organization who do not have specific org. level policies. The product can be customized to the business requirements, but the process would lead the ROI into a different tangent which can't justify the cost. The product is capable of handling the standard business processes.
