Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We faces problems on hiring process, Also we need a one simple process for all the countries where we have presence. SAP SuccessFactors was the solve for all our problems, now we have Colombia and late this year we will have United States. All ours process where redefinited and now are a almost perfects.

With CPI, SAP plataform Integration its so easy to integragre with others systems and keep the security with the data
The implementation process was very simple with SAP's Activate methodology, we were able to configure all the modules and migrate more than 18,000 employees in 10 months, the project was a success and has been an example in the company.
The system we had previously based its data on the Oracle Database, but we required a server, a datacenter, a database administrator and several other resources to support the solution, with SAP SuccessFactors in the Cloud everything is simpler.

Using SAP SuccessFactors

23000 - All employees have access to SuccessFactors, it is the core of HR in the company.
10 - We are a team of 10 people who support SuccessFactors, 3 people in charge of Employee Central Payroll, one of them knows Abap, the other 2 people are functional. 2 people in charge of integrations with CPI and Workforce. 1 person in charge of security (RBP) of EC and ECP.4 people in charge of SuccessFactors for all its modules, LMS, RCM, RMK, COMPENSATION, P&G, etc.

So far we do not have any process that we have not been able to implement, we are very happy with the product and for now we do not plan to change.

Evaluating SAP SuccessFactors and Competitors

Yes - SAP SuccessFsactors replace our old HR Software called SARA from a company UNION SOLUCIONES, that software was onpremise not cloud, does not have multi country support and doest fit in the Company Vision, since our company is growing to anothers countrys like Perú, Brasil, USA, Dominican Republic, Filipinas and Mexico.

The most important for us was the hability to integrate all the contrys where we have presence. that is the most importat factor, because we want to use a single system for the entire company in all countrys. Others importan factors were the Cloud, so we dont expend money in machines and datacenters.
In the company we have a rigorous model for the evaluation and selection of suppliers, which guarantees transparency and efficiency in the process. Knowing SuccessFactos and if I had to make a new selection process in another company, it would be my first choice.

The data migration was in-house, the third-party professional services company was EPI-USE.
Yes - The implementation was divided into several stages, exploration, realization, configuration and live output. There were also spaces for change controls and training for the different teams, as well as a continuous stage of data migration.
Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - Change management helped us to make the product known, used and understood by employees.No change can be made without proper change management and clear communication with everyone involved.

The in-person training was with a consultancy, we have taken several courses, all very specific. They have been reports in ecp, general configuration of ec, reports and IAS
We use SAP Learning, and we like it very much, the topics are updated along with the products, we have access to the SFX customer certifications and we have done them all, in general the SAP learning platform is very good and complete.
Yes, initially and for the most basic topics it was really easy to learn the use of the system, this allowed us to better understand the architecture and operation of the system, it was like the basis for more complicated topics.

The system configuration level is appropriate, we have had no problems with the configurations that we can or cannot make.
Regarding the configurations, we always evaluate them with the manufacturer, SAP and with the consultancy, we ask for support through support cases directly from SAP to validate feasibility and possible problems that we may have, once we are clear about what the technical scope that we could have would be. have, we validate with the users and design the configuration.
Yes - we have customized the interface extensively - Yes, we have the user interface configured, we have several countries and we have different themes for each country, as well as country-specific content. This configuration is very simple and intuitive.

No, with the support we have we are very well taken care of.
On one occasion we had a problem with hiring in production, we put the case and they called us almost immediately, the consultant wanted to meet with us in a virtual session to review the case, when we met with him, he explained what was happening, he told us how he identified it, how we could identify it and how we should correct it, he taught us how to use a SuccessFactos error checking tool and we solved the problem ourselves with his assistance. It was really a great service experience, he not only helped us but also taught us.

Yes - The mobile application is a great help especially for us, because we have staff who do not have access to a computer all day, so they use the mobile application to do their HR process.

SAP SuccessFactors Reliability

The scalability and flexibility of SuccessFactors is unbeatable. It is very easy to scale the product to new countries and areas, and with the help of CPI it can be easily integrated.
Until now we have not had serious availability problems with SuccessFactors, we had Microsoft Active Directory and SSO with ADFS and we had availability problems but because of problems with ADFS, we migrated to Azure AD and with that the availability problems of SuccessFactors because of ADFS went away. The only windows of unavailability that we have had are those that we are communicated to do maintenance and upgrades.
The performance is very good, the truth is that we have not had serious performance problems, some complex reports may take a little longer, but considering the complexity and the amount of records it is an acceptable time. We have never received a complaint from users regarding page loading speed.

SAP SuccessFactors is highly integrable with SAP and non-SAP systems, so far we have not had any problems with integrations.

Relationship with SAP

The entire purchasing process was very simple and clear, they were always attentive to any concerns or requirements on our part, they helped us a lot to generate the invoices as we needed them.
After the purchase process everything remains the same, they are always attentive to our requirements or concerns, they are very punctual with invoices.
Once time we need to change the datacenter and we made this with the professional services from SAP... everything goes just fine. excelent service.

Yes - The updates are installed in the maintenance windows reported by SAP, all updates have been successful and without problems, they always install the updates in previous environments a month before to perform tests and validate impacts.
