Overall Satisfaction
Currently we use TeamViewer as a remote support tool in the IT department. We have a global company with helpdesks around the world. Currently I use TeamViewer to support our sales office as well as users at other sites around the US. Occassionally I support users setting up telepresence in other countries by remoting in and doing all of the setup. TeamViewer allows me to connect with users whether they are on VPN or not. This is very useful to us as we can support people having VPN issues and allow us to fix remotely without having to send there system to us. We've helped new users to the company by remoting in and walking them through the initial setup with their laptop. We love using Teamviewer because it makes remote support very easy for us.

- We use Teamviewer 6 if we had the ability to connect to newer versions of TeamViewer it would help us tremendously.

We've used webex, but it takes longer to get setup and sometimes the mouse control doesn't work. With TeamViewer we can send a quick launch file they run the file and we are able to remote in shortly after getting the ID and Password from Teamviewer. The time to get to where we can work on a system is very important and TeamViewer essentially takes the least amount of time and works very good connecting anywhere in the world.
