Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer isn't heavily being used across our organization. My experience with it is primarily personal use. TeamViewer primarily makes remote management of servers cross domain super simple to set up and manage. You basically can set it up and forget about it and it will just work when you need it. Using TeamViewer, you don't have to worry about VPNs or port forwarding to make remote management work.
- Makes cross-domain or cross-network remote desktop exceptionally simple.
- Ability to manage cross-platform. Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.
- TeamViewer has never felt as lightweight and snappy as a pure RDP connection.
- I'm not in a position to speak on a business level. But personally, TeamViewer has saved me tons of time. I also don't have the hassle and headaches I used to before I started primarily using TeamViewer for out of network remote desktop.
I still have Chrome Remote Desktop enabled on my personal servers to use as a fallback in case TeamViewer ever fails me. I've primarily become accustomed to using TeamViewer and it has yet to fail me. I've run into firewall issues with Chrome Remote Desktop that I just haven't ever had with TeamViewer.

TeamViewer Security and Support
I wasn't involved directly in the purchase so I cannot remember if we ended up paying additional for premium support. I do know that neither myself or my team have had any instances where the premium support would have been beneficial. We've quickly had all our issues resolved and overall it has been a pretty bomb proof product experience.
Unfortunately there is no question showing up for this section. If the UI is fixed I'm happy to come back and fill out this section. To meet requirements I'll fill out this section with random text. I tried inspecting the HTML and there is nothing there hidden or anywhere else.
