Overall Satisfaction with Totango

Totango is used as the primary database and record of truth for our customer success organization, managing account/opportunity temperature, notes/tasks/email, planning for business reviews and renewals.
  • User friendly.
  • Intuitive.
  • Formatting of notes isn’t always carried over correctly.
  • Improvement to the UI of the mobile app.
  • Increased process efficiency.
I prefer totango over Gainsight as it’s more intuitive and although the app could use some minor improvements, it’s all very user friendly.

Their team has been very engaged and willing to help, very open to product feedback on possible enhancements.
Really enjoy using Totango on a day to day basis.
The email integration with Totango is great for increasing efficiency of logging notes following customer interactions.
