Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

My assigned team is always available to assist with any problems or situations I may be faced with. They will even follow up with me when an unusual or especially difficult situation is occurring to make sure everything is proceeding as well as possible.
The new technology platform has been a challenge and once again that may be a issue on my end versus theirs. Getting used to a new program comes with its own challenges.
We use TriNet for employee management, i.e. payroll, benefits, personnel administration. It is being used across the whole organization. As a small organization we are not able to provide the benefits or other services TriNet does cost effectively.
  • Payroll - Easy to complete, always accurate and problem solving is always a breeze (when I input information incorrectly)
  • Regulatory requirements - All personnel regulatory requirements are handled, we don't have to be experts in those areas (I-9s, employment law, compensation, etc). Someone is always available to ask and answer questions.
  • Counseling and personnel management issues - TriNet is always a great source of information and guidance when dealing with those tough management decisions surrounding personnel management (hiring, firing, disciplinary and training as examples)
  • New computer program is hard to navigate. Previous site (which is still available) was easier for me to navigate and I always found what I was looking for. This may be more of a user issue than a program issue though as I had a lot of experience with the old system and I'm still trying to learn the new one.
  • Benefits - Once again, takes the majority of the work out of our benefit package by providing all of the background negotiations. All we have to do is determine what level of benefits we want to provide our staff and fund that. TriNet does all of the rest.
  • Payroll - Easy program to utilize for management as well as staff. Only issues we have had were related to data input (on the user end) not the program or TriNet's payroll processing. Those problems were remedied as soon as they were identified and brought to TriNet's attention.

TriNet takes a lot of the management worry out of our daily work life. Staff has ready access to their information (payroll, employment forms, etc), no one on staff has to negotiate/find benefit options for our employees, payroll is simple, the entire hiring and termination administrative process is seamless.

TriNet offers training to management as well as supervisory staff in a variety of pertinent subjects. All training I have attended has been worthwhile and helpful as well as professionally conducted.
