Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
TriNet is our HR platform used for Employee Hiring, administration of benefits, payroll and expenses. Every employee has their own login, but I'm the only administrator.
- The platform is easy to use.
- Benefits are competitive for an SMB.
- Customer support is very responsive and helpful.
- It's clumsy having to switch from the main platform UI to the Expenses module.
- In the main dashboard, the Benefits selection should provide links to the actual benefits for quick review and sharing with employees/prospects.
- Notices should go away once employee/admin has acknowledged them. Or there should be a way to dismiss them.
- Alleviates the need for us to hire a full-time employee dedicated to HR.
- Simplifies expense reports and reimbursement
- Onboarding of new employees is easy once you've done it a couple times.
We didn't look anywhere else, as we used TriNet at a previous company. Since forming our new company, we have been approached by Insperity and Zenefits. However, until we have reason to believe TriNet is not competitive or become unhappy with the level of service, we will not entertain any other meetings.
