Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use it throughout our organization for HR and Payroll needs. Employees choose their benefits through Trinet. I do all the employee onboarding and our accounts payable department does the payroll every 2 weeks. It helps with all onboarding and payroll needs for the entire company so it's good that it's all in one place.

I have had to request different reps as some were very unhelpful, rude, and lacked knowledge.
Easy to use and follow.

They are well suited for companies that would like to have HR and Payroll all in one place.
