TriNet automates our payroll, benefits, and leave administration HR needs. This frees me up to focus on coaching and recruiting employees. They provide timely guidance on HR situations and make employees more empowered to view and manage parts of their own HR journey. Additionally, their webinars and learning offerings make a great perk for my team. While I could do my job without a partner like TriNet, it would not be as easy or as seamless.

Trinet beats any other HRIS I have used by being easier to use, managed better, and much more employee-friendly. I know I can trust them, and they are open and responsive. While many HRIS companies seem flashy, TriNet keeps it simple but effective and user intuitive. Everyone in our organization loves them.
