Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting

We use UserTesting to test our hypothesis on customer experience we're building for Office users. Our organization is very customer driven and uses UserTesting quite frequently.

I rarely use support but when I have a question, the support is great.
The usability of setting up test is usually great. However, I struggle with copying over/duplicating tests.
I've benefitted from collecting fast feedback on experiences I'm building. Users' feedback pushes our product team to think in a lot of different ways and helps us figure out our target users.
I haven't used any alternatives.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), LinkNotions
I think UserTesting is great to gather quick feedback. If you'd like to test UI with different variations, it's useful. You get access to a lot of users that do a lot of different jobs.
