Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting
We would like to have users answer questions, UK specific or, depending on the project, internationally. Sometimes we may have prototypes to test or designs to validate. UserTesting gives a good range of people to choose from and sometimes with niche criteria.
- Detailed screener
- Audio only option
- Easy interface to find the responses to a project
- I've noticed quite a few folks know how to get past the screener. I'd like more of these people not to be able to do that.
- The instructions can be a bit clearer. Maybe linking the UT resources to the feature.
- Better understanding
- Increased decision making
During a hackathon, UserTesting was great to test our assumptions and in 10 minutes, we hit our target of 5 users.
