I love the support Vidyard offers, but the UBX could be better.

Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

We use it as a way to natively host video on our website. It's used across the organization and it addresses issues concerning client screening. In addition, our video use helps with dealing with clients who we've accepted and they now need to get updated on the next steps of their legal process.

  • The customer support
  • The ability to cross platforms and third party integrations
  • The UBX for sure
  • Basic website layout
  • Update their Go Video so it's compatible with all versions of Outlook
  • It's too early to tell yet. We've had the service but haven't published yet.
It's just okay. The UBX of the program isn't so amazing and easy like let's say YouTube or Google, but it's not terrible either like Pinterest or HBO Go.
Excellent. These people are definitely on top of their support.
I haven't used anything like Vidyard.
Vidyard is well suited if you want to host your own videos and collect data on who actually looks at your media and for how long. It's not as appropriate when it comes to producing videos, you'll need editing software for that.
