Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint
We have many customers that use WatchGuard AuthPoint to properly secure their network. Whether they log in remotely or in the office it gives them a peace of mind knowing they are protected. The functionality is great and it is easy to use. We rarely get calls with user issues.

- User's get new phones and can't log in without contacting us first for new tokens.
We are a WatchGuard shop and it has been easy to integrate the products with our current set up. Okta was a lot more involved in set up.
It has been easy to coordinate installations with clients and the ease of use with push notifications has helped us tremendously. We even have customers manage the portal on their own as needed.
This has been well received and many users have no issue with this. The option to use a one time passcode has been great too for shared log ins and no internet access. This is also good for users with hardware tokens.
This solution has made it easy to have great security without problems logging in or adding additional confusion to user's workflow.
