Webex is used mainly for all employees who work remote so they can call from their computer.
- Stability in loading on computer
- Search by name of people in company to call
- One touch calling
- Initial setup needs instructions
- Tutorial on how to find or import contacts after first use of Webex required
- Not easy to find voicemail
- Backup to MS Teams
- You can screen calls
- Voicemails are sent to email to filter
Zoom and Microsoft Teams are our main conferencing apps vs Webex - they seem to be more standard use for meetings.
Webex Calling is stable, loads quickly and is a great backup to Teams.

The interface is a bit outdated vs Teams. Zoom works better for large group conference calls.
