Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

I use Webex Calling for meetings and call to partners in my organization. Sometimes I use this app for assistance to users. This software is very useful, and the integration with outlook is a very good features that we can
  • The meeting schedule with office 365
  • The calls to another users.
  • The notifications when someone try contact you, and you are offline
  • I think Webex Calling need improve the mute and unmute time
  • User interface need be more friendly for users
  • The calendar with more options for watch the months complete
  • Webex Calling helped with the meeting in the pandemic
  • The assistance to the remote users is very good with the option of share screen
  • The request control is very useful features
We use Cisco Jabber and Cisco Contact Center. With those aplications we can improve the productivity of users and take advantage with the calls, conference and meetings.
The management of participants in meeting helped so much to the organization to provide a collaborative space for users in calls or videoconference. With the security features we can use this software from differents location outside of the office and without need a VPN.
Webex Calling is a collaborative software for calls and meeting like Microsoft Teams, but we choosed Webex Calling, for the integration with another Cisco tools like Jabber.

Webex Calling it is an excellent software for calls and videoconferences, but for support to remote users, I think need improve some features like the take control of another device in a call.
