Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
We use [Webexpenses] across the organization with our head office staff and also with associates who claims expenses sporadically. It gets rid of the need for people to retain receipts and/or post them to head office to be processed.
- Good for keeping data held in one place
- Good for managing authorization of expenses
- Good for flagging if someone is trying to claim over expense limits
- We originally purchased it to use for time management and then at implementation this wasn't possible
- The email notifications could be better
- It could be easier to navigate
- Negative impact on ROI as it is now a cost we didn't previously have
Previously paper forms would have to be filled in and receipts attached and submitted to finance for processing and also signed by relevant authorizer, this is now done completely online and from anywhere

2 - Not many skills are required to support with webexpenses as the system is so easy, it is mostly to then process the expenses and pay them through our separate payroll system
