Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used by the whole company across all practices and head office. It is used to enable colleagues to claim back any money they have spent on work related items/services. It allows colleagues to access a faster, more streamlined service.
  • Provides detailed history of expenses claimed.
  • The platform on the website is simple to use, with good instruction.
  • Options to add a lot of details to each claim.
  • Webexpenses app doesn't work great.
  • It doesn't allow you to add items sometimes.
The process is streamlined and it works great step-by-step.
I haven't had to contact customer support.
When purchasing items for work purposes, colleague gifts, days out.
It is all I need in one place.

For large corporate companies, it is very easy for processing if colleagues are able to digitally claim for their expenses. It also is great for the environment as we no longer need to print off expense forms.
