Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses has been a really useful tool when trying to organize claim payments. It is being used to collect all payments from staff across the organization when they are claiming money. Its especially beneficial when numerous staff are claiming for the same thing or event as we are able to systematic group and approve claims.

I think the platform is initially quite difficult to use. However, once you have processed a number of claims it becomes much easier. You are able to systematic added and group claims together making easier for the approver. I think a improvement for web expenses would be to improve any potential trainings provider to users.
I think Webexpenses has saved a lot of time for both the employees who are claiming and also the approvers. It allows claimers to group claims together allowing for easy approval. This in turn has improved the speed at which money can returned to staff, improving the likeliness of staff to claim and happiness of staff to use the claiming route.
I think usability and suitability were definitely priorities when deciding whether to use Webexpenses. The product is simple and easy to use and as result easy to train staff on how to use the platform. System configuration was also another priority when deciding whether to use Webexpenses.

I think Webexpenses is definitely an upgrade on any payment claim system. It's easy to use and once you've done a number of claims it becomes very routine. Webexpenses is particularly useful when numerous people have the same claim you are able to group them together. It becomes more difficult when each claim is unique.
