[Webexpenses] is used across whole organization. It centralizes expense management, making it easy & simple for employees to submit expense & mileage claims in a timely and efficient manner. [Employees are also able to] manage the approval workflow in one place.

[Webexpenses] fairly obviously removed the need for copying, storing large numbers of paper receipts. It also streamlined the process by avoiding the 'sign off' pile on approvers desks. [The] workflow shows where the approval is at.
[The] billing methodology of Concur was not great (by report) so [it] did not allow planning of costs. Concur support was poor.
