Used across whole organisation to manage staff expenses.

  • Has a map for calculating distances.
  • Needs a favorites option for routes on map.
  • Needs SSO.
  • Fuel type does not work very well.
  • A clone option would be good for mileage claims.
  • Saved on paperwork.
  • Saved on time spent doing and administrating paperwork.

There is some work that could be done on the user interface, but overall is fairly easy to use.
