Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
Currently, I support the Office Manager and Office Assistant remotely. Our main problem is keeping track of patients and making sure they are scheduled. We use the lost patient reporting, which is helpful.
- Interfaces with the billing software
- Keeps track of Medicare reporting
- Ability to customize schedules
- Would like the ability to make notes within the patient visit for reminders
- Inability to archive previous patient accounts
- When adding or changing insurance it is complicated to get the information to Therabill in order to bill correctly
- Ability to produce clean claims which of course increases revenue.
- The documentation shows a comprehensive visit which translates to better reimbursement.
- Easy to keep track of missing notes.
I think additional training would be beneficial for new features that software offers.
I believe the software does offer safeguards with making sure we follow Medicare guidelines with documentation and thresholds.
Price was more reasonable based on all the features that is important for our business.

6 - Webpt provides so many enhancements in the program which makes all the steps fairly easy to complete from intake to billing. Having the therapists complete the billing procedures almost eliminates the possibility of billing errors.

Nice to have the backup completed offsite. When starting the program it is very nice to have the education articles and videos available at your fingertips.

Yes, when we began our clinic and program. We had many questions as we learned the system. When we began the program it was about 4 months later when we scheduled our first patient. In that period of time a lot had been forgotten from the initial education help. It was real nice to to get anwers
