Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike in our Marketing team for all our project and OKR management.
  • Managing tasks and sub-tasks
  • Different project views (table, board, gantt chart, etc)
  • Folder structure
  • Creating projects from blueprints is cumbersome
  • Request forms could be more customisable
  • OKR management is very challenging by using projects and tasks, it needs its own object
  • Their customer success team is not the best
  • We haven't been able to prove positive ROI from Wrike due to high learning curve we struggled with product adoption
We wanted a more powerful tool than Asana and monday.com looked even more complicated.
