Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Build out account and contact information, classify accounts by customer/prospect/partner, add competitor product information to prospect accounts, log email/phone interactions with contacts.

  • Report-building functionality.
  • Modified field save speed.
  • Increased time spent entering data manually.
  • Increased time spent waiting for pages to load.
  • Decreased time spent prospecting.
Modern UI. Somewhat intuitive.
Highly customizable. Light configuration options ready out of the box.
UI of Zoho CRM is more modern than Infor CRM. Both Salesforce and Infor CRM are more functional. Infor CRM has most glitches and downtime.
