Tracking deals across their whole lifecycle. Addresses the deal visibility problems we previously had. Being able to see what everyone is doing also provides a healthy competitive environment. I have added some new fields and workflows to suit our specific needs.

We currently do not involve customers. It is a tool used by account and project managers.
- It's cut the need for sales meetings drastically. As long as everyone updates CRM regularly, we don't need to meet anymore.

My experience with Zift is that it is cumbersome and hard to use. Also, response time is poor, at least in the implementation I used. I did not select Zoho, but I am pleased with it.
