Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social helps me monitor and schedule posts, reply to messages, and review analytics all in one. Currently, my favorite feature is the bulk upload option. It saves me a lot of time to be able to upload hundreds of posts at once. I also enjoy that I can post on Google Business as well as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

From Buffer, Constant Contact, Canva, and Meta Business Manager, Zoho's bulk scheduling is what drew me to it away from the others I have used before. It has a Canva integration, so I can use the free version of Canva and still upload all those images. It connects more platforms than Buffer and Constant Contact (and of course Meta only integrates FB and Instagram). Zoho is also the most affordable for my business's use of social media. HootSuite was too expensive although it is a primary competitor. Zoho has different plans available as well which makes it suitable for any business of any size.

It's very simple to use and if any questions arise, the support team is very quick to reply and very helpful. (One of the better support teams I have encountered.) There are a lot of features I haven't used because I do not have the need, but I imagine they would be very useful to those on large teams that both contribute and review all the content.
Best support I have received! I had a few issues with the bulk schedule feature at first, and they went through my spreadsheet and walked me through the changes I needed to make in order for it to properly work. They are also very quick to respond and highly professional.
I would recommend Zoho Social to anyone who manages multiple different profiles for any number of brands. No matter if you are managing one brand or multiple, it makes it easy to move between them. However I wouldn't recommend it to those who post lots of videos across their platform, or those who primarily use TikTok.
