The setup and posting across channels was simple enough for a non-technical user to do.
Support via email, phone, and chat are all very responsive.
The specific use cases for our SMB clients revolve around introducing them to social media marketing in an easy way. So, whether they choose to use our agency services, self-service, or co-delivery, we can all get the roles, processes, and delivery together. Paid ads need to include Google as well.
