Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom for all our conferencing needs. As a company that works with a lot of remote engineers, our product team uses Zoom extensively to communicate with our development teams in different countries.
- Conferencing with > 2 guests.
- A plethora of options (screen share, AV controls).
- A free version that blows Skype out of the water.
- An auto-note taking feature that they're working on would be great.
- Having social shares for meeting invites could be useful, rather than just the email and share URL feature.
- Having embeddable options for meetings that can take place within one's own website would be quite useful from a B2B perspective.
- It's helped make our meetings more productive.
- In a place like Dubai, where most VOIP softwares are suppressed by ISPs, Zoom works best.
- Seldom do you find software that is actually a joy to use. Zoom is one such software.

Once Zoom offers a browser version of their software that doesn't require users to download their software, they'll be unstoppable, considering the plethora of features and great User experience.
