Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We started the trial version of ZoomInfo on Tuesday afternoon and have really enjoyed using it so far. Our sales team uses it. And it provides the info we need to contact certain Key Players, including direct dials, email addresses, extensions, etc.
- They responded to my email extremely fast.
- They solved an issue I had within an hour.
- Their data has been accurate so far.
- I've noticed that the last time contact info was updated was around this time last year. I'm assuming that it will be updated again soon, but if not, that's definitely something that should be looked into.
