Workfront is more comprehensive. The thing that sets Workfront apart is that using their api, we can write custom integrations over Workfront and design our own dashboards using that integration. This allows us to not only use tools provided by Workfront, but write our own very …

To manage the organization's work from project to project, the organization uses multiple project management solutions. In comparison to Jira, however, the only useful feature I found is the Gantt chart, which helps give a clear overview for multiple projects at once. Moreover, …
It's been a while since I've used another time and resource management platform, but I would say that Adobe Workfront takes the cake. Its newly refreshed user interface is simple to navigate, whereas other platforms can be quite confusing when "drilling down" on a project. …
Adobe is very intuitive in its workflow automation and creation of the task workflows that can be used as templates for employees. That is harder to create in Teams unless there is [the] integration of another Microsoft product and more time spent on it by an IT professional. …
Ultimately [Adobe] Workfront had the scalability and insights that we needed. From a cost/value perspective it has proven itself but the initial evaluation was a team effort and had many points of input.

Workfront is more robust and versatile than Asana and Smartsheets, which is why we did not go with those tools. It is pretty comparable to Wrike in many ways. We use Workfront over Wrike because we are set up in Workfront already.
I used these programs in comparison to it, in a handful of trials for the staff. I ended up not selecting Adobe (or the others) because the technology aspect became too overwhelming for some staff - meaning, they didn't use the program, would complain about every little thing, …
We use both. Microsoft Teams is utilized more for meetings and urgent chat functions. Workfront is used for long-term projects and collaboration. Oftentimes these are used together.
Workfront is exceptional in providing tons of features that supports remote working like automation tools. collaboration tools ,communication tolls. and Gantt charts. Support is available on a 24/7 basis and offers help tools like webinars, training videos and e-books.
When I was employed at a smaller company, Basecamp and Smartsheet worked well. It's been several years, but I'm not sure they would scale to enterprise. My current company implemented Workfront prior to my arrival, but I believe everyone is generally happy with the decision. …
Jira is mostly used as a bug locking tool or to track any new development for any specific region/EPIC. But Workfront has a lot of other features which are beneficial in project management. I still consider Jira and Workfront my top two options for project management and …
We have obtained the required results to manage projects in a robust, versatile, and efficient way, managing to maintain an organized management thanks to Workfront.
Workfront is the first software of this type that I have used. I've used some other software that tracks time for projects and things of that nature, but it's not nearly on the same level as Workfront. Workfront is a much more fleshed out, and realized solution to our team …
My company uses Workfront because it's easy to use. Different employees can have different permissions to run reports. The exports are easy to download and share with others and data is easy to read when using for reporting purposes. It's a great tool overall!
I would find that feature-to-feature comparisons and extensive features put Workfront at the same class level as Workamajig. It may come down to preferences and UX of the platform that would make for the ultimate decision on which to go with for project management needs. Asana …
Workfront offers more features than lower cost options, allowing us to scale our business and not have to shift with each jump in headcount. it also provides more financial data support compared to simpler tools. It integrates into accounting software as well.
Best of all three really, the security features are also important for us as we work in an industry where PPI is used so making sure GDPR rules are adhered to is essential and Workfront allows us to do that.
The products seemed comparable. However, the sales team was very responsive from Workfront, and since we were looking to make a decision quickly, their engagement helped sway us to Workfront.
I love that Workfront is easy to configure and change as your organization grows. It's easy to stay up to speed with and make changes based on system changes and your organization changing. I also am in love with the reporting and custom data features. Custom forms and the …
Workfront destroys Trello in my opinion for large, multifaceted projects, however, is not compatible with the more intimate projects that perhaps involve 2-5 people. The free Trello option, though limited, is better suited for this.
Far easier to use than MS Project, easier to navigate and learn, but far more complex (albeit more functionally sophisticated as well) than Smartsheet.
Workfront is greatly superior to Percolate for task management. I think Workfront was selected because of its reporting capabilities compared to other programs.
