Isolved is MUCH better at communicating and customer service. The isolved People Cloud is mostly user friendly and allows our company to access whatever data we need, at anytime.

The company I purchased in June 2016 was using Sage, which was then migrated to isolved. I decided to stay with the platform due to its ease of use and ability to create detailed reports.

Each had similarities but our team was familiar with isolved because we had done a conversion 6 months previously so we elected to not switch platforms but selected a new partner. The new user interface in beta currently has a better look and feel.

ADP Enterprise HR is well suited for any HR department or anybody looking to ease the HR process by managing the entire company data in a simple yet stylish process which is useful for generating reports for upper management to make Human capital decisions. It is also very useful in payroll situations to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

Isolved is great with payroll and payroll changes as well as onboarding. Our benefit open enrollment went well and for the most part was stress free, there were a few hiccups with our 3rd party supplemental insurances. Because of their complexity and they way they are processed through payroll there was a little confusion and things needed to be adjusted. But due to the flexibility of the system the issues didn't become big problems.

  • A way to email hiring managers and our IT department at the same time with a template would save us from so much email communication
  • Transfer all attached documents such as interview notes from iHired applicants to isolved employee documents would save us time uploading into multiple places

Due to the continued problems (time clock disconnects, regular post-update issues) and users' negative attitude, we are unlikely to renew. Another important factor is that TF is US-centric, so it does not account for local Philippine specifics, which is important to us.

Payroll due dates and send to us at the beginning of the year, with email reminders for holidays. The support email address is fairly fast, within 24-48 hours. But if something is needed immediately, I can just call and they help me out right then.

We do not use the integration, so we have a csv file that I upload manually for payroll. That is our decision based on the software at our restaurants. Pages loaded fairly quickly, but reports to pdf lag about 15-20 seconds

Overall support is very helpful, but members of our team have expressed frustration with allegedly needing to provide the same pieces of information repeatedly because the person they're working with doesn't seem to understand the issue or is missing their meaning, etc

We loved taking the course, we went through most of them before we went live and I believe that was very helpful. The online training helped us learn to navigate in the program. We still refer to the training and assign our managers and supervisors to it as well. I highly recommend using it. We have also been able to attend the Connect Conferences with are extremely valuable and we learn tips and tricks to help us better utilize our system.

The system was very cumbersome setting up as well as time consuming. There were times I just wanted to walk away and sometimes I did have to get up and walk away for a break and come back with a fresh perspective. The setup took me over a period of two to three months getting it to serve the purposes that we needed it two. I am very intuitive when it comes to computer software however getting all the right buttons checked in order for it to do what I needed didn't always work.

Its hard to describe how it compares because these programs have different functions. however ADP matches and exceeds these other programs due its stylish and simple set up which makes it easy to navigate and also does a lot of work for you which saves you time to do other tasks.

I went with iSolved because the people I spoke with were all quick to answer and very thorough in their responses. I knew they could help me build my setup the way I wanted it, and not just force me to work within some pre-set parameters once I had signed the contract.

We are a company of about 135 people at 9 locations in 2 towns. We were able to set locations and departments, and also have each location seperate so only that manager can see their employees.

  • It works well with Intuit QuickBooks so information integrates easily for fast reporting.
  • Saves us time and money by helping us create almost all HR documentation needed rather than having another company assist with the process.
  • Background checks with drug screening has helped us weed out the poor candidates.

  • When we had Paycom, we had 1/4 of our staff that were not logging in and using the system. That number is down to maybe 5% now
  • Employees love having the ability to easily view and verify their timecards prior to payroll submission.
