The SDR team were using Clearbit and EverString together for a while for enhanced prospecting and prospect contact details. Now, however, only the research team uses EverString to enrich contact and company information in our prospected accounts.
I personally would never have chosen EverString had I been a part of the decisionmaking process. Clearbit is a much better platform for the same type of information, and Hoovers has more accurate account-level information.
From an enrichment standpoint, we've found Clearbit to be a very strong technology partner. Consequently, we use both Clearbit and EverString (though Clearbit is primarily used for Enrichment at this point).
