We went from quoting time from hours to minutes or from days to hours after everyone learned its processes, but it's not really worth the time and money invested into it if you can't see those results

SalesLoft is very important to keep contact with your current leads but also with lost opportunities or to nurture your pipeline. You can manage the sales cycle through SalesLoft, send calendar links, create automated cadences and get statistics about them in order to see if they are working properly. SalesLoft is integrated within Gmail which is very convenient.

  • Provides associated quotes through the life cycle of the opportunity, until the opportunity is either won or lost.
  • You can store all the information you require during the quoting process, including customer details, information about products and the adjustment made to the price of products, and the payment terms and shipment terms that will be used in the order if the quote is converted to an order.

  • User-Interface: I think it has a great layout and is easy, friendly to use.
  • Cadences: These make it super easy/efficient to organize your prospects and customers.
  • Email: The email features are great which make it easier when you can have certain templates to choose from or snippets.

  • There were widespread frustrations throughout sales and call center with CPQ originally. But really the reason why CPQ tools are complex is because CPQ processes are complex things to implement.
  • Users today want all the flexibility with none of the complexity. It is one of the biggest challenges in my day-to-day.

  • With great tools comes great responsibility - you NEED training and enablement for this tool.
  • Being able to get a dialer phone number in a desired area is spotty, some of our major markets never have a number available in that area code.
  • It'd be great if we could change the Person layouts - there's information that we'd like to display and we're limited to just showing a few custom fields.

SalesLoft is a fantastic product that will be extremely helpful to any Sales Rep looking to organize their information and stay one step ahead. While it has its shares of quirks and bugs it proves to be an awesome tool for anyone that is in the sales industry.

CRM's typically have enablement tools built in, but they are designed to solve macro business problems and this is one of the areas in which they fail. SalesLoft focuses purely on engagement and results from that engagement, which it does fantastically. I would recommend it over using just your CRM or its competitor Outreach which we made the switch from.

  • Improved Productivity - saving time on admin duties like booking meetings or sending emails at the "right" times each week.
  • Increased email responses - seeing when prospects open my emails and contacting them shortly after is a godsend, especially because there is a new Seismic integration that allows me to see how long they viewed supporting documents or proposals.
  • Opportunity Tracking - the stages and tags that are under each person in SalesLoft allow me to review all of the actions I've taken with a prospect without having to dig through old email chains.
