Mailchimp is excellent for a company/user that is wanting to quickly and easily set up email campaigns all on their own, even if they have little prior experience doing so - and especially if they are on a budget. The email templates allow the emails to look professional without having to hire an outside designer or coder and the user interface makes it easy to understand the application without being the most tech-savvy person in the world. Mailchimp would be a less suited for a company/user that was sending out complex emails that require a lot of data and variable logic connected to them. It also wouldn't be so much suited for a company/user that is expecting to have any custom-made requirements or a dedicated account representative that is on standby to take questions/requests.

The default configuration has been useful from day one. It is easy to learn, and that facilitated rapid adoption. With a little effort, custom fields and formulas can be added to suit particular needs. It is also easy to define custom views and filters, which are "remembered" and available the next time you log on.

How campaigns are organized I would like to see this organized differently so older campaigns are easier to find if you need to refer back to an old one. For a small company it is useful but the investment is high. Although web forms are easy to implement, it is not so easy to adapt them to web design. We've had Mailchimp for about ten years, I want to say. I started with the company about four years ago, and I don't see us ever diverting to another source. It's easy for us to use, and we have all our clients already built into the database. I imagine we'll use them for as long as we have the company.

Zoho has been a wonderful tool for us for several years and there is so much more we can do with it. New features are released often which give a team like us the option to further fine tune our business process management techniques. I honestly couldn't imagine running our business not on Zoho.

The user experience, the design, and the simple-to-follow instructions make MailChimp one of the easiest email solutions. The drag-and-drop builder makes it quick to set up, and if you do know some code, there are options to do a bit more customizations.

Compared to our previous CRM, Zoho is a breeze. I can look up customers and reports with no issue. There are times when it may be difficult to find something, but I assume that is because I am not in Zoho every day like the sales team is. It does everything we need very simply, so I would definitely recommend it to others.

I have, in the 4+ years that I've used Mailchimp, never seen an issue that restricted the use of their software/tools. I don't know of a single time when they're system crashed or went down. I could be wrong, but I honestly haven't experienced any issues with outages, errors or unplanned downtime

I haven't noticed any slow speeds from Mailchimp or their tools. I think the landing pages load quickly and look nice. The email reports and editing operates smoothly and doesn't take time to load. Additionally, when I use Mailchimp in conjunction with Zapier + Hubspot I don't notice any drag between any of these tools

Website tools were easy to use and understand so a novice can easily meet or exceed their client's expectations! Loved that we were able to totally customize so that the e-mail we created conveyed our client's overall messaging consistent with their branding! Client love that we can provide turnkey services to support their sales and marketing teams!

We did the training and that was a huge waste of money. The information provided was basic and the instructor was sloppy (he even forgot to turn off his mic when he used the restroom - no one should ever hear what we heard). I offered up a 9 because we were able to find what we needed on your website.

It was harder to learn when there were mostly real estate users in the room. We are sales solely.

Online training is tough, but Zoho and their partners do a good job of explaining things.

It's pretty easy to get up and running! There's a slight learning curve on a few things, but once you find where everything is located, you can import your list and send your first email. It really makes our clients feel great to see how quickly they can get that first email out.

I feel like our implementation went smoothly, certainly better than I had expected. We did run into some issues (which is inevitable when you are implementing it inhouse rather than engaging an external team) but we were really happy with the quality of support we received from Zoho. Whenever we raised an issue to their support team, they either provided us the resolution on the spot or got back to us with an answer in a very acceptable time frame. We were also very happy with the amount of customization Zoho offered in setting up the CRM to the way we needed it to work. Lastly, training our users on it was a smooth experience as well. Zoho has a very detailed help section and their support team is always available.

Mailchimp is pretty comparable to other email marketing software I have used, but I had a better experience designing templates and emails using
compared to Mailchimp. Mailchimp always seemed to have small little glitches with the design, and my emails never looked exactly like they did when I designed them.

Zoho is a much more inexpensive solution compared to
, yet it provides a lot of the same tools that the leading competitor provides. For us, it came down to the overall value of the product based on the final price to implement and use.

I think Zoho CRM is priced at a reasonable amount. Simply put, you get what you pay for and Zoho does not disappoint. My organization is comfortable with what we pay and pleased with continually renewing the software. The billing frequency is just right. There are no complaints on our end

Mailchimp over the years I've used it has grown in leaps and bounds. They have added so many additional features than were previously available. They are truly an all-in-one marketing platform now. If you're a small operation and just want to add email to your marketing efforts, they're there for you. If you're a larger operation and want to start sending postcard advertisements, they can do that. If you'd good with that and want to kick up your marketing by going social, you can do that on their platform. They are truly able to be as small as you need, but also get quite large in whatever it is you'd like to do through their system.

In addition to being a user of Zoho CRM, we are a reseller as well. Often, at times our Partners request for on-boarding the platform configuration for them. During such requirements, we have utilized the Professional services team directly from the Zoho CRM team. Our partner feedback was quite positive, throughout.

It has social media management, landing page creation, inbound marketing, and CRM integrations. Read full review We had Zoho CRM early on when it wasn't quite as robust as it is now, so there have been vast improvements, which also puts us at a disadvantage for falling into old ways of doing things rather than exploring new ways that we always wanted in the beginning. One thing we were able to do is get rid of MailChimp and slowly migrate to Campaigns Eventually I would like to migrate Zoom to Meeting but it's just not quite there yet. Also, I do have to say going just from the CRM to Zoho One was a VAST improvement where many apps were available. At first, I was so disappointed in the CRM but with all the integrations it's been so much better! Read full review ScreenShots
