TriNet is horrible -- no other words necessary! Against Rippling, Paylocity generally meets some of their functionality and value. Years ago we selected Paylocity because we were leaving ADP and needed more functionality, better customer service, etc. Paylocity was priced …
The all in one system (not add-ons like ADP), integration capabilities (IF they can ever get them working), and the control over my data (TriNet held all control).
We came off of TriNet and we were wanting to get away from a PEO. After demos by Paylocity, Paycom, and ADP there were a couple of things that went into our decision. ADP was more expensive that we wanted and we had heard a long history of having to deal with technical …
Such a better engagment product and cost effective. They actually care about their customers and what they provide other than our experience with TriNet

ADP was great to use! The transition from ADP to Paylocity was tough, as communication from customer service wasn't the best. But once we learned how to navigate Paylocity more, we found great use in it! Getting information can still be a challenge, as we are commonly told that …
ADP and TriNet (PEO). ADP is a very powerful product, but can also be clunky, glitchy and too robust for certain companies that aren't ready for and/or don't need all that they provide (and charge for). TriNet was a hassle because too much had to be run through their people, …
Workday was the easiest platform I ever used. It was intuitive where to go and what to do. Trinet is overall a good platform, but it's difficult to use some of the features. Performance link is terrible in my experience
For payroll and time management they are at least equal to above companies. As to ease better than paychex and ADP. As a benefit administrator, they are better than all of the above.
TriNet's system is similar in many respects to the HRIS and payroll systems offered by the other providers; what sets TriNet apart is the one stop shop for HR; everything is available under one provider with linked system functionality. In addition, most providers give you a …
