No other reporting platform has the support that Cision offers. I love building relationships with their staff and feel confident that they will do whatever it takes to make sure my reports come out exactly how I wanted!

Out of all of the vendors we work with, Cision provides the best customer support. I've used their support probably a dozen or so times over the past year and each time I was met with an instant fix or in some instances where there was an issue that couldn't be immediately resolved, it was evident that they involved additional support on their end to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Rapid response to every request. Always happy to help. When we set up the system, our account representative spent as much time as we asked for to work with our teams during multiple sessions to reach time zones around the world.

The customer service at Cision is a step above the rest. They sell and offer service with the integrity of a company who knows they are doing something right and don't have to manipulate to sell.
Their team is human, likeable, responsive and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that we're happy and helped.

Live chat support during business hours is something I haven't seen any other tool offer. They also make themselves available to assist with the creation of your dashboards, so you can also make sure you're getting the most value out of the platform. When emailing though, Cision is also extremely responsive and helpful. I have not had a negative experience with Cision customer service yet.

Cision defines the word 'support' as far as I am concerned. I call, type in chat, email, etc... and I get a response/answer immediately. I never have to wait. Truly, Cision has given me support when I didn't even know I needed it! Cision is quite simply my dream come true for this type of service and then some.

I cannot always get a hold of someone who is fully familiar with all aspects of the system. I've actually received incorrect information when seeking technical support. And immediately following a recent major system upgrade that disrupted some key functionality, the customer service was atrocious. Although I later found out that the company was aware of the problems and working to correct them, I never received any type of notification and, instead, wasted a lot of time trying to figure out the problem. It was frustrating and I was unable to perform some time-sensitive work.
