Landmark Cinemas uses Creatio for our Sales team as a CRM. Creatio has proven to be very customizable for our unique workflows and business cases. By automating business processes, we have eliminated a large portion of our administrative tasks and can better focus on building and nurturing client relationships. The low-code structure allows for quick and easy changes without programming knowledge or experience.

Changing CRMs can be a very daunting proposition. Creatio's Support and Customer Success teams have been nothing short of fantastic as we recently navigated this change. The regular check-ins helped ensure we had the tools we needed to be successful. I do not have any programming background or experience. Creatio's low-code design has allowed me to implement the majority of changes very easily without additional third-party consultants. Some of the resource documents have not been updated to current versions of the software and/or would benefit from 'How to' videos for the novice user/administrator.

We started using Creatio as a sales tool in our business; however, it is now being used for other areas of our business. We use it for marketing plans and budgets and also run our Quality Management System on it, which we are audited on. We have found it so useful that we are also now setting up the service side so our operations team can also use it.

Contracts are a big part of our business, and being able to create tracking and dashboards for this has made our contracts process so much smoother. Also, being able to integrate docu-sign means you can do everything through the system, rather than having to go back and forth and duplicate things.

The software is used to track the customers and their employees. The stages of opportunities are tracked through Creatio. We also use [the] web to lead feature[s] to generate leads through the website.

Our entire investment organization uses Creatio for our CRM. We replaced Salesforce with Creatio earlier this year. We use it to keep track of all of our new leads, pipelines, team activity and outreach.

Originally with Salesforce, it was really difficult to cater the solution to our specific needs. There were hundreds of output fields that we never used, but that would be included in our reports because we couldn't get rid of them. Now with Creatio, we can custom create and design an interface that includes what we need. It's easy to manage, I can change the interface from my team's if I want to and there's a great mobile app as well.

Creatio is a business precesses management system implemented in the company which is my major customer. I was the one who was responsible for BPM online (its former name) setup and integration. Currently the software is the main business platform we use daily for sales and marketing (we've got both sales and marketing licenses).
  • Creatio is super flexible, good for any business
  • This BPM has good administrative options
  • Creatio is cheaper than some famous CRMs and BPMs
  • Reports dashboard settings are very tricky
  • Not all UTM parameters are added to the lead (like content, term, etc)
  • System updates require testing before implementation (if there are custom modifications)
Creatio is good for medium-sized and big companies which need highly customizable software. It's good for businesses that have both online and offline stores. On the other hand, Creation is too "heavy" options for startups and small enterprises requiring simple and very cheap solutions and no specialized personnel to support and administer Creatio.

Creatio is used in our company for Customer Service case management. It is used across Europe & the middle east to log, process, cost & close customer service cases. Elsewhere in the company, I believe it is also used as a standard CRM system.
  • Customization: We have heavily customized the system. Creatio has been excellent in helping build requirements & see these through to implementation.
  • The system is really easy to use. Users pick it up & love it immediately.
  • Support is superb: If we have any issues or want to change the system at all, the team is always there helping by being fast, efficient & friendly
  • Cost: Definitely competitive.
  • Very occasional issues but quick to revert & sort.
  • No major issues to mention.
In our customized system case management, e-mail management (sent in emails creating cases, added to the case, attachments stored), permissions, status changes, etc were all handled perfectly. For us, I think it works perfectly for a limited number of people handling any one case, but lack of case locking as standard could cause issues with many users accessing one case.

  • Setting permissions is confusing because there are so many levels.
  • I personally do not like the "user prefix" when creating objects. I think that there should be a "system prefix" that is restricted instead.
It is well suited for a situation where you need to do a lot of marketing and have limited or no IT staff at your company. Normal customizations are easy once you understand how everything works together. If you need to do custom integrations or fit the product to work with an unusual product then it will still work, but it is less ideal.

bpm'online is currently being used for our marketing and sales pipeline management as well as client/vendor communication, information, and activity record tracking. Every department in the company utilizes the system, with the vast majority of users using it for information reference (i.e. address, contact, client-specific elections, and details). It helps us consolidate client-based information into a cloud format so that communications and notes can be viewed from any location and without a specific individual needing to be present to find relevant information.

  • Feed system embedded in any type of record to isolate conversations to a specific topic.
  • Workflow creation to automate activity assignments and internal email notifications.
  • Development user interface is not for the light-hearted.
  • Compiling of changes to the database can take a long time.
  • The mobile app can become inaccessible without compiling new changes
bpm'online is a great tool for activity tracking and account/contact specific notes. It is easy to adjust an account or contact page to include the information you want to reference, and you can create tabs within those pages to segregate information as needed. It is less friendly when it comes to actually using the system for email communications; we use Office365 to send and receive emails and use the SmartCloud connector to help integrate the two systems. The reason for this is that composing an email replaces any information you had visible on the browser tab, requiring you to open a new duplicate tab to refer to information.
