This product is great because it works seamlessly. The only issue is with working with users who are accustomed to using desk phones verses using application only.But the great thing on this is that they have documentation for training so you can literally implement it yourselves without having tech implement for you.

Our business uses Dialpad Talk on a daily basis to take incoming calls and book customers. Dialpad Talk allows us to set hours of operation and select an after hours number to transfer calls to so we can ensure we are taking care of every customer that reaches out to us. In addition, Dialpad Talk has allowed our Company to create different departments within the system so we can easily organize Sales, Accounting, Production, ect.

Dialpad Talk is a great resource for companies looking to have all of their employees inbound and outbound calls in one place. The software allows management to view call transcripts and listen to call recordings which can be a great tool for coaching! Dialpad Talk is very budget friendly and has the most amazing customer support team should you ever need assistance! I have recommended Dialpad Talk to my mom who owns her own company and she is so grateful! I will continue to recommend their phone system because it is so user-friendly and the mobile app is wonderful.

Due to the pandemic, our organization moved towards working remotely most of the time. DialPad Talk has been a great solution and added features like call transcription are a big plus especially if you call in to customer support - instead of writing out the instructions you can just copy & paste what they told you and refer back to it for the future.
  • I can make calls through the app & the caller ID shows my office line - I can toggle between the main business line and my direct line.
  • It keeps all of my voicemails & transcriptions in one place.
  • The desktop login allows me to access everything as well.
  • I haven't really found things that I think need to be improved but I haven't tried using the eFax yet so I'm not sure how that will work.
Dialpad Talk works really well if everyone if the organization is willing to use their smartphones. I assume that they have a solution for using it at a desk phone as well as your smartphone but that is not an option we explored as our entire staff prefers using their own devices.

We are a small startup software company that needs a simple and easy VOiP solution. More important that simple and easy...is reliable! We previously were using a well known service, however we had dropped calls and call quality issues that became quite a pain for us and our customers. In comes Dialpad Talk, and out goes our troublesome issues! We also are using HubSpot as our CRM and the integration Dialpad Talk and HubSpot have is just incredible! It has saved our small team so much time and allows us to focus on the important things!

I originally began using Dialpad Talk as a personal VOIP solution back in 2016. It was phenomenally reliable and easy to use. Price was unbeatable. Fast forward to the pandemic, I jumped jobs. The company I went to work for was actively trying to find a phone solution. I suggested Dialpad Talk and ever since things have been flawless. Dialpad Talk allows easy management and flawless integration of their phone service across a plethora of devices. Whether it be a traditional desk phone, a mobile phone, tablet, or computer.. our users can use whatever they want, or all of it. We wanted our users to be able to work from home while having all the benefits from working from home - flexibility. Dialpad Talk encourages this and supports it at every turn. That's not all though - we were easily able to fully integrate Dialpad Talk into our CRM platform. Executive management swears that Dialpad Talk was single handedly the greatest decision made at the company since the pandemic hit.

We've implemented Dialpad Talk as a primary softphone application in multiple projects within the past year. What I believe Dialpad Talk does better than every other developer is the focus on ease of use. This applies to all users, as well as admins and customers. The downtime of Dialpad Talk services is, at this point, nonexistent. The user interface is extremely beginner friendly and flexible for implementation with a LARGE variety of other services. I could not recommend Dialpad Talk enough to any business, large or small. Incredible work is being completed by the Dialpad team.

We mainly got Dialpad for outbound sales calls for it's ability to install plugins for "click-to-call". It has been one of the best tools we've used for this purpose. We've also transitioned all our inbound phone calls for dialpad and use it in every aspect of our business for telephone communication with our customers.

Dialpad Talk has been implemented in our workplace to streamline our telecommunications. As you're well aware, the pandemic had a lasting impact on "how" we work (namely remotely), and the legacy phone system via conventional phone lines would not allow employees to accept/make calls from home, resulting in missed calls or employees having to use their personal lines to contact customers. Dialpad has resolved this major issue immediately and also makes things like transferring calls to other users a breeze! Its customizable settings are also extremely useful (ring duration, ring tones, set hours to accept calls, etc).

I used it every day, all day. I like the way it integrates with Salesforce and when I get a call, the correct Salesforce customer comes up so I can know who I'm talking to and speak to their problem right away. I also call out of Salesforce, so that makes it easy - I don't have to copy and paste phone numbers into Dialpad

Dialpad has been an easy to use, easy to implement, and cost effective telephony product. I have used it at multiple companies and it has served me well for my voice, call center, and SMS needs. The Google integration makes adding new users easy, the mobile client is easy to use and reliable, and the call center features were just what I needed.

We use Dialpad Talk as our main phone line for our company, as well as for a direct line between coworkers. Not only is it incredibly useful to have our phone lines on our computers, meaning that we can transport direct lines between offices, homes, and vacations, but it is also useful in being able to contact therapists directly during sessions in a discreet way that does not interrupt client sessions. It is also useful to have a "paper trail" of calls, as it makes retrieval of past calls easier than traditional call logs. Dialpad Talk has prevented lost information many times for our company and has helped us improve our client care!

Dialpad Talk is way cheaper than a landline, and managing phone trees and call handling is a breeze. We used it to replace our old landline, and pointed our toll free numbers to the new Dialpad number. It's also easy to set up multiple offices and departments, so we can manage all of our locations from the main office with ease.

I use Dialpad throughout the day as my primary form of communication in my field of work. I love that it offers multiple forms of use through it's computer based application as well as the cell phone app. When I'm on the go I can still accept work calls or I can opt to silence the calls by setting my preferences to Do Not Disturb within the app. When I'm working through my computer I almost solely use the computer based app because of it's ease of use with web browsers. <br><br>I live in a very remote, rural area and have not had a minute's problem with Dialpad (though I did switch over to Dialpad from another company that gave me tons of problems). Some of the feature's that I really appreciate are: text messaging within the app, the voice to text voicemail feature, the ability to import contacts from my phone (and add contacts only to the app), have multiple phone numbers, and so much more! <br><br>I would HIGHLY recommend Dialpad to anyone. It truly has been a lifesaver in my remote work where I am required to have a separate phone line.

We use Dialpad Talk throughout the entire organization. We implemented this to keep better track of all conversations and to use a system that was able to be implemented through Service Titan, which we rolled out recently as well. We use this not only for speaking and tracking customer conversations but also, for inner office communication. We went live with this program 26 hours ago and thus far has been fantastic. Very few kinks to work out so far! Definitely grateful for that

I believe this integration would be fantastic for any company that wants to record calls, transfer inner office with ease, or has employees (such as myself) that often work remotely, as I can set up Dialpad Talk on my personal cell, use my cell service and choose the hours I am active. This program is very dedicated to making the transition easy and learning to use it is also relatively easy. There [are] so many benefits I still have to learn as again we are 26 hours in! So I am sure I can review again in a few months and give much better examples!

We use dialpad to talk within the team and to talk with clients and customers outside of the orginization. We use the call feature, SMS and video options that are available through the platform.

I also enjoy being able to add a current call into video chat if needed. I would like to be able to send SMS messages while on a call with someone though. That option is not available from the call screen when on the line with someone.

I use Dialpad as a one-person direct hire recruiting company and really enjoy it. I like that I can use it as a "softphone" on my PC, but also on my mobile phone outside of the office. I enjoy the fact that I can use the Dialpad mobile app outside of the office and continue using my business phone number both for calls and text messages. I have found that using the same phone number causes less confusion than having to give both a business line and cell phone number. With regard to the customer service, they were there at the beginning [of] the trial before I made the switch and they have been there anytime I have needed them along the way (which hasn't been often). They are very quick and helpful. A couple of features I really like: Ability to "star" favorite contacts that will show up at the top of your text or calls list. I like to use this when I am actively working with a client or candidate. I also keep my "regular clients" on that list so they are always top of mind. One-click video calling is very convenient so that I can jump right into a video call. After I have a call, I get a nice voice transcription that I can refer back to in order to make sure my notes are correct. It is not always perfect, but it is extremely useful to be able to go back to a conversation to keep accurate notes. When you go to the transcription, it even organizes it for you where you can go to specific things like Action Items, Interesting Question(s), Currency (when any dollar amounts are discussed for salaries, fees, prices, etc..), Positive Sentiment, Call Purpose, and [also] dates and times. I'm really enjoying Dialpad. It has been an excellent addition to my business and the price is right as well (especially if you pay annually). I would highly recommend this to any business, small or large.
  • Ability to transfer a call from your PC to your mobile phone (or vice versa).
  • Ability to use your business phone number on your mobile phone for calls and text messaging.
  • Call Transcription - Being able to review the conversation helps keep important notes accurate.
  • Favorite List - keeps current clients or regular clients at the top for easy access.
  • I wish it had an integration with my CRM, but that's only for convenience and not an issue.
  • Took me a week or two to get used to the mobile app and get the settings right, but to me, that's just a normal "new product" break-in time.
I've been with Dialpad almost a year now and it has been nothing short of excellent so far.

Any sales organization should use Dialpad, it’s helpful and the team always seems to be adding more features and benefits. I have been using Dialpad since before they allowed for the recording of calls, and I can say that feature has been very helpful for our entire sales organization

We use [Dialpad Talk] to stay in contact with our borrowers and lenders.
  • Keeps a history of placed and received calls
  • I thought it would ring on the computer but it rings on my phone and I do not know the call is from dialpad or a personal call to me.
[An issue I have with Dialpad Talk is] I have customers that would not answer their phone because the call comes across "unknown", so I sent them a text to let them know that I was trying to call them.

Our onboarding team uses Dialpad Talk to communicate directly with our employees to support them through the onboarding process and assist with any questions they have. We are able to call and message them according to employee preference.
