We use Engagedly for Performance Management (reviews and ongoing), as well as goal setting, and employee recognition. We were looking for a single solution platform for all of our Performance Management needs and this was the best one out there. We demoed about 5 others and we are so happy we went with Engagedly.
  • setting up review cycles so they can be repeated and capture all data along the way
  • creating the structure of a goal from individual all the way up to the company that is easily tracked
  • employee engagement/recognition that our employees are actually excited about
  • sometimes configurations/ templates don't save. it seems you have to hit save on every page or step of the way
  • not all configuration questions are necessarily self-explanatory, the help guide is helpful but clearer definitions would help
Very well suited for small companies. It is super customizable and many of the features can be altered for our needs.

We were looking for a customizable Performance Management tool that allows us to tweak the process to our liking. Furthermore, we wanted a tool that's easy to use and looks engaging, topics such as performance management are not always sexy and if the tool looks like straight out of the 90s you are pretty much doomed to fail. Suited perfectly for an Andon, goal-based performance model. It allows for instant views into progress, without requiring a deep dive into updates between a team member and their manager. It is not best suited for reporting, as reports are all out of the box, and I cannot choose the report I'd like to build. Engagedly could also offer a better change management service to help roll out such a large program to large employers

Customer service is timely, and open to new innovations if they come across something they can't fix right away. They are also available when you need them for questions. They've gone above and beyond to work with me on issues, including hopping on the phone when they typically primarily communicate via email.
