  • Being comparably inexpensive product, SharpSpring has saved our team tons compared to if we had gone in on something like Salesforce as a CRM.
  • The implementation is substantially lower weight than with other products I've been around.

  • We haven't had a high return on investment, at least not direct. We originally thought our clients would all jump on board but only a handful have to date. This left us paying for much of the license. However, we are now shifting our focus somewhat to target the larger sized small businesses (20-90 employees) and the interest is much better.

  • Since we set up Sharpspring, lead generation pivoted significantly - we now have 3-4x more leads since using Sharpspring.
  • We spare our time from time-consuming proccesses and we focus more on building and growing our business now, wich allowed us to reach our ROI goals faster than ever!
  • The sales pipeline also spared us a lot of processes, and noticeably optimized our workflows, and spared us precious time.
  • Instead of managing multiple tools, in Sharpspring we have our CRM/lead management, e-mail automation, forms, landing pages, and other features coordinated in one place.
  • Sales and marketing are now integrated into one place.

  • From a sales perspective, I am able to track my quality conversations being had daily.
  • Through the pipeline module, we can track out deals closed/lost with very specific reasonings.
  • We are also able to easily track and score leads with specific personas as they come in through our website organically.
