Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom is used by our Finance & HR staff to run our US payroll for Salary & Hourly Employees. All US employees have access to their unique profiles. All employees are able to download their own pay stubs/tax documents as well as update their personal information. It is very helpful from a business standpoint to allow the employees to update their profiles themselves. HR jumps in when larger changes are required; adding benefits, updating salary, etc.

- Running reports can be pretty confusing but thankfully our rep is always willing to help.

- Since Paycom is easy to use all employees are glad to monitor their own accounts so that the Payroll staff doesn't have to follow up on minor items.
- Due to the ease of use of Paycom our business has more than doubled in the last 2 years.
ADP is VERY difficult to use and it is tough to reach customer service. Paycom is super helpful anytime I need to call for assistance and someone is almost always ready to take my call right away.
