Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I'm a small business owner so I needed something powerful yet simple. I use it as a CRM to manage my subscribers, to schedule newsletters and for marketing events on social media. It allows me to create custom algorithms for different programs I'm implementing allowing me to gain a deeper understanding of my prospective clients.

Mailchimp and SurveyMonkey

Mailchimp is pretty good but I prefer ActiveCampaign because you can do so much more with it.
Survey Monkey isn't even in the same category tbh!
