Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

This service is used with multiple offices in our organization to manage our communication methods with clients. We build multiple workflows to allow several teams to send electronic communication with different partners. We also utilize the system to view the process of outgoing documentation that is either pending signature or approval.
  • The UI is easy to use and intuitive.
  • The work flow feature helps create an easy onboarding process for multiple teams.
  • The system does make uploading and adding form fields very easy.
  • The workflow feature could be more customizable. The logic blocks some features such as having two people be sent a form before it is signed and only requiring one to approve. It's a pre-approval method our business would like to use.
  • Users should be allowed to be a part of more than one group level. Some of our users need to access different documentation that is set to only be included in certain group types.
  • There should be an option to replace current files. If there is an update to an active document, there should be a way to simply update the document and maintain the active form fields which can then be editable if needed.
  • A permission level should be added that allows managers to view the status of documents their team members have sent.
  • This made communication seamless with partners to sign documents.
  • It saved business expenditures by using less paper.
  • It provides easy data to show the amount of communications our teams have sent.
The support teams have always been helpful and quick in resolving issues.
This system is user friendly with minor issues such as specialized features and consistent server lag.
I am the administrator of this database. I have to update, maintain, and create the workflow for these documents for multiple teams. Our organization sends a multitude of documents daily to create seamless communication with our clients and customers.

Adobe Sign is better with customer service and intuitive UI. However, DocuSign allowed for greater customization of workflows.
Adobe Sign allows for multiple teams to send documentation to their clients or customers. This system shows insight into steps of the documentation process that allows for beneficial tracking. Adobe Sign also has responsive customer service that helps with issues. I have been able to submit a case and receive a quick resolution. I think Adobe Sign is less appropriate in a scenario where multiple groups need to access documents across groups. It also may be difficult to maintain documentation that is frequently updated.
