Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

We're utilizing Adobe Sign across the whole organization. It streamlines the signature collection activity for the organization and puts all documents in one platform for reference.
  • Notification process is good.
  • Ability to add additional people to agreements even if they are not to sign the agreement based on role.
  • Cost.
  • Adding new users to the system.
  • It has simplified the company-wide process down to one app, which is hard to put into $'s but is very beneficial.
We have had to use support many times, there is a process issue when a staff member has signed up for an account on their own, which is not associated with the corporate account, and that has to be changed before you can add that staff member's email into the corporate account. It sounds like it shouldn't be an issue but it is, over and over again.

Support though does have their processes down well, the issue gets addressed in a timely manner, and resolution is typically same day. So I'm saying support is a 10, though I would prefer to never have to contact them to begin with.
There are multiple ways you can use the software, we happen to have it linked to our CRM system Salesforce now, and the functionality works well connected like that.
It has streamlined the notification and authorization processes for us so we are more standardized in our communication with partners and customers alike.

Do you think Adobe Acrobat Sign delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat Sign's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat Sign live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat Sign go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat Sign again?

Yes

The feature sets were very comparable but at the time - two-ish years ago - that had us side with Adobe Sign was the integration to Salesforce, so we could integrate digital signatures into our CRM system that we were implementing. At that time, DocuSign did not have such an integration, and it was the deciding feature for us on which product to use.
It's worked well for us across all departments - and while it does take a short training session to become familiar with, typically no additional training is needed after that. It is simple to use and a time saver for us. We would purchase again if we had to go through the selection process again.
