Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

We use Adobe Sign to send out our offer letters and get electronic signatures from those we're making offers to. It gives us a streamlined way in which to send offers, especially in this virtual world we're living in. We can customize, have different approvals, and really choose to make it our own which I enjoy.
  • Speed - very easy and streamlined to create basic offers.
  • Customization - a lot of different ways you can customize the user experience.
  • General UI and dashboards.
  • User Interface for those creating offers.
  • Ease of use for backing out of creating an offer.
  • We've run into some bugs early on with customer templates.
  • Over 4,500 offers have been extended through Adobe Sign this year.
  • Hard to put a price on speed, but we've seen that speed matters in signing candidates and Adobe is incredibly quick from creation into candidate's hands.
  • Ease of use for candidates. One of the bigger knocks on previous electronic signature companies that we have used is that the candidate would occasionally stumble. This has not been the case for us.
Any issue that we've had arise has been easily taken care of through our support teams working in tandem with Adobe's support team. Hard to find a company focused on customer experience as much as we are and Adobe fits that bill.
I've been a big fan of the classic version but Adobe is switching over everyone to the modern version in the next few weeks. I found the modern version to be a little clunky and less UI-friendly. For our candidates though, the usability has been extremely easy to navigate.
Typically I use Adobe Sign anytime we need to send an offer to a candidate. Over the years we've created custom templates for our recruiters to use that have made the process pretty seamless. Once we have an offer letter created we jump into Adobe Sign, easily upload the offer and create custom signature fields as well as custom messaging to candidates. It's been a seamless integration into our workflow.

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat Sign again?

Yes

I honestly cannot remember the previous 3rd parties that we used for electronic signature, but I do know they didn't stack up to the ease of use we have with Adobe Sign. The customization options alone are worth the price as well as the clear ease of use for our candidates.

Adobe Sign has been the 3rd or so platform that we've tried out on the digital signing front and has been the best by far. Its ease of use is pretty seamless and even new recruiters into our organization that start sending offer letters have picked it up relatively quickly. We use Adobe Sign for all offer letters that are sent out and will have used it about 4,500 times this year. We've experienced very few issues, outside of some occasionally wonky UI, the platform does everything we ask of it with a lot of customizable options.
