Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used as our Payroll and Human Resource Employee database and employee record. It is also used heavily with our IT department to track employee issued equipment.

  • Accurate Employee Records
  • Real Time Payroll Previews
  • Document Cloud
  • Archive reports are harder to use, but they have promised updates in the near future
  • Would be nice to work with a single account representative
  • More reporting features
  • As we learn and work through the system, we do find many cost savings pieces, once you research and find them.
  • Employee self service with personal info updating is great.
  • Employee self service for direct deposit has been helpful.
I’m not in HR.
ADP Workforce Now is much more comprehensive.
ADP Workforce Now is well suited as an accurate employee record and payroll processing. It may be less appropriate for smaller companies. I hear the level of customer service goes up with the number of employees per company.
