Overall Satisfaction with Albacross
I installed Albacross in order to track website visitors better and get more information for account-based marketing planning. It is used across the whole organization. The main problem it solves is it provides insightful information on what is normally unknown website visitors and helps to inform marketing strategy for our company.

- Provides host server information of website visitors which allows us to identify potential sales opps.
- Makes account-based paid marketing more efficient.
- No way to delete or block website visits from your own server or known users within your organization.
- Positive ROI through one closed deal identified from Albatross.
- Still uncertain on ROI from account-based marketing campaign developed from Albacross data.
I'm not aware of Albacross competitors because I discovered the product randomly and decided to test it out with my surplus marketing budget in 2018. I selected the product because it was on sale and have no experience with other website tracking/lead gen products other than Google Analytics which does not provide much data at the user-level.
Albacross is well suited for a start-up or business investing in account-based marketing that is looking for a cost-effective solution for improved website tracking for lead generation. The product wouldn't be useful for scenarios where a company does not spend regular time tracking and reviewing leads generated from a website.
