I have not tried others due to the fact of the others having different pricing structures which was not what we as a company in the IT field felt would benefit from us because of the amount of technicians and customers we manage overall in our business as an IT Company.
We have highly benefited from all the features as it is able to allow us to get things done in a timely manner which allows us time to work on other things like ticket automation, patch management, alerts into email tickets, and invoicing. We highly benefit from this and highly recommend it.
We highly benefit from this as the RMM and PSA features are far better than other companies I have read reviews and got input from others in the IT Field. The billing and the reporting is amazing. I really like how the reports are generated easy to navigate and how easy the remote access system is with multiple options available.
