Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

I use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT to track my contacts with donors and to pull reports on giving trends. I love the system because it is easy for my organization's directors to view where were at with each prospect. I will also be using Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for an automated first-time donor welcome series email process.

  • I haven't been here long enough for complete context on this, but we all love Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
Following the giving trends displayed by the analytics development in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT we have been able to better cater our asks to potential prospects. I couldn't imagine our current fundraising model without the use of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT--it's essential to our organization.

I was not involved in the initial training when SARRC moved to Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT. However, I have done the training portals offered by Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and everything was great outside of some technical difficulties the presenter faced during a webinar.
Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is my favorite so far. Most of my experience is with Salesforce and it took me a lot longer to become comfortable operating within that database.

Would you buy Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT again?

Yes

I really enjoy the contact tracking system, it's very easy to use and it keeps our development team on the same page when approaching potential donors and tracking their participation. The wealth screening integration is also very helpful as it gives me a base idea of our donors' financial situation. However, I wish Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT would integrate better with more recognition applications like BombBomb.
